These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the products under the Amber Hours Collection (The Sunday Reset, The Visibility Blueprint, The Intentionality Board), a digital wellness collection created and owned by AH Global Brands Limited (company number 17266932), a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, trading as Amber Hours.
By purchasing or downloading any product under the Amber Hours Collection, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
About the Amber Hours Collection
The Amber Hours Collection is a range of digital wellness tools designed to support intentional living. Each product serves a distinct purpose:
The Sunday Reset is a weekly guided ritual for reflection and intention-setting, available as a downloadable and printable PDF.
The Visibility Blueprint is a 12-month professional strategy guide, available as a downloadable PDF with fillable worksheets.
The Intentionality Board is a personalised intentionality assessment with a tailored digital output, for personal use only.
All products are made available as downloadable digital files or interactive digital experiences, for personal use only. The Amber Hours Collection is sold by AH Global Brands Limited, registered in England and Wales, trading as Amber Hours.
2 Licence Granted
Upon purchase, AH Global Brands Limited grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
a. download and use the relevant product under the Amber Hours Collection for your own personal, non-commercial purposes; and
b. in the case of The Intentionality Board only, share access to the interactive digital version with the members of your named Intentionality Circle, for the purpose of completing the board together as intended.
This licence does not transfer any ownership of the product or its intellectual property to you. You are purchasing the right to use the product, not the product itself.
3 Restrictions on Use
You may not, without the prior written consent of AH Global Brands Limited:
a. copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any product under the Amber Hours Collection or any part of it with anyone outside your named Intentionality Circle (in the case of The Intentionality Board) or with any third party (in the case of all other products).
b. use the Amber Hours Collection, its framework, guide words, pledge text, or any part of its content to facilitate commercial workshops, training sessions, group programmes, or any other revenue-generating activity.
c. modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any product under the Amber Hours Collection.
d. remove, alter, or obscure any branding, copyright notice, or attribution within any product.
e. use any product in any way that could damage the reputation or goodwill of AH Global Brands Limited or the Amber Hours brand.
Any use of the Amber Hours Collection framework for commercial facilitation purposes requires a separate written licence agreement with AH Global Brands Limited. Enquiries should be directed to hello@myamberhours.com.
Intellectual Property
The Amber Hours Collection, including its framework, structure, guide words, releasing words, Partner Pledge text, visual identity, copy, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of AH Global Brands Limited and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
The Amber Hours name, brand identity, and the Amber Hours Collection concept are trademarks or pending trademarks of AH Global Brands Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by AH Global Brands Limited.
Payment and Pricing
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of purchase. Your purchase is complete upon receipt of a confirmation email.
AH Global Brands Limited reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download or access begins.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Amber Hours Collection comprises wellness tools provided for personal reflection and intentional living purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.
AH Global Brands Limited makes no representations or warranties that any product will meet your specific requirements, or that use of any product will produce any particular outcome. Results will vary between individuals.
All products are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AH Global Brands Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any product under the Amber Hours Collection.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal data you provide in connection with your purchase or use of any product will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at myamberhours.com. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
AH Global Brands Limited reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website at myamberhours.com with a revised effective date. Your continued use of any product following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
